I love walking through this time with new parents encouraging them along the way. The transition to parenting is one of the biggest changes experienced in our lives. Suddenly you are looking after your new baby with no rule book. Your baby is crying and you need to work out what you can do. This newborn adjustment can be so hard.
I am an educational and support service that can make a big difference for you and your partner during those early days as you get to know your amazing little person. I believe each parent is the expert on their baby.

I am a mum and grammy.
I am a Lactation Consultant, Midwife, Child and Family Health Nurse. I am passionate about working with families through pregnancy to early parenting. I have been supporting families for over 35 years. I am able to help you be true to yourself along this journey. Newborn adjustment to life outside the womb is hard for them and you. Working out all that sleep and breastfeeding stuff thoughout this time can be easier with the right support.
Connecting with me can make that journey a little less stressful.
